Inspired by ancient Norse “seid” magic, the restaurant brings together flame, folklore, and raw ingredients in a setting that feels both grounded and otherworldly.
Working at Seid means stepping right into the heart of it all—literally. Our open charcoal and wood grill is the centerpiece of the restaurant, where meat, seafood, and vegetables are cooked live, in front of our guests, over open flames.
We combine craftsmanship with atmosphere, storytelling with precision. The vibe is relaxed but full of pulse—especially in the evenings and weekends, when the lounge music turns up and the energy rises.
